Two Trains of Thought. Where Are You?

Jumping, flipping, twisting, and sliding have been slowed to a minimum. The knees hurt, the back ache, and the feet don't move the same. Oh WOW ,  I have aged.
The little kids that I used to tutor are now handling a family of their own.
OH, where did the time GO?
OH, why did it happen so fast?
OH, Me ! OH, MY!
Does it sound like I am disappointed with where I am at this stage of life? Well, it is different. There are 2 mind sets. Some say that they are blessed to still be

around while some say aging is a curse.
A large amount of people are depressed because they are aging. Sometimes with aging comes illnesses, loneliness, total dependence on others.
A large amount of Senior  citizens are committing suicide.
